Winston and I are joined in this episode by Billy Franklin, an undergraduate student studying History and Russian who has very recently returned to the UK as a result of the Russo-Ukrainian War. He talks us through his views on the Russian population in this crisis, his experience with them and state control. I build on this and discuss what is in store for Russia in the future and what it will take to stop war crimes being perpetrated.
